Return and Refund FAQ

How do I return?

  • Visit our returns center
  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

What items are returnable? 

  • Within 30 days after your order status is fulfilled i.e., the order is ready to be shipped.
  • In unused and resellable condition
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact

When can I start a return request?

You can start a return request when your order status is fulfilled. You can track your order status at our online store chat "Chat with us!" (at the right bottom corner).

Can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order before the order is fulfilled, please message to us directly at hometownmomento@gmail.com. We are happy to help on cancellation and refund. Once the order is fulfilled, you are not able to cancel the order. You have to submit a return request. 

    How many returns am I allowed to submit per order?

    One return per order is allowed. For example, if the order has 4 items and you would like to return three items and keep another item with you, you must submit a return request of three items together. 

      What items are non-refundable? 

       The following items cannot be returned:

      • Gift cards
      • Discounted items 

      The item I received is damaged!

      If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.

      Can the items be exchanged?

      The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

      What are the refund options?

      The following refund options are supported:

      • Refund to the original payment method
      • Refund to gift cards (no expiration date)

      How do I ship back the items?

      For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

      How soon will I get my refund?

      Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
