Return and Refund

Thanks for shopping at Hometown Momento. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to assist you.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days to initiate a return once your order is fulfilled i.e., the order is ready to be shipped. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can start the return request at hometownmomento.returnscenter.com

If your return is accepted, we’ll notify you and send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You can use our reusable bag to return the item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

No exchange
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Return shipping cost
Please note that we are unable to refund postage paid unless the item is faulty. Items are returned to Hometown Momento with a $6.99 shipping and handling fee for U.S Residents. 

If you received free shipping on your original order, the items you return will affect the shipping rate. If your return is processed and your order goes under $70 (USD), the order will no longer be eligible for free shipping. In this case, the regular shipping rates will be applied to the remaining order amount, meaning that the shipping will be deducted from the refund. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
